The lucky winner of this delightful, intimate evening of cooking demonstrations, delicious food and wine pairings, conversation and laughter will invite up to 11 friends and choose a mutually agreed date for a memorable and educational “Journey Through France.” Held in a cozy setting at Kitchen Outfitters in Acton, Master Chef Mark Valentine has donated his time and talents to demonstrate how to cook four classic French recipes, which guests will sample as they enjoy a menu of seven dishes, paired with aged Burgundy and Bordeaux wines from the cellar of Michael Stone. Dessert will be provided compliments of former Acton-Boxborough United Way President Jen Stone. Guests will leave with the gift of all seven recipes from the menu!
